Your plan. Your decisions.
Understand your plan. Know your options. Make your supports work together. Bringing different supports together can feel overwhelming. We help you understand your options, connect with suitable providers and make your supports work more effectively together.

Which one do I need?
It’s the question most people ask us first - so here’s the answer before you have to ask.
If the plan feels confusing
Support Coordination
A person who helps you understand your plan, find providers you actually like, and connect the pieces - with you steering.
- Understand your plan and how the different budgets may be used
- Find, compare and connect with suitable providers - your shortlist, your call
- Build the confidence to manage more of your support yourself over time
If paperwork is the problem
Plan management
Paying invoices and tracking budgets is a plan manager's job - a separate NDIS support, and not one we provide. If it's in your plan, your coordinator will help you find a plan manager who suits you.
- A separate support - listed as “Improved Life Choices”
- Your coordinator helps you compare plan managers
- Who you choose is always your call
You remain in control
Our role is to explain your options and help you make informed decisions. We do not make decisions for you or require you to use Beyond Disability Support for your other services. You remain in control of:
- Which providers you choose
- Which services you access
- How your funding is used
- What goals you want to work toward
- Whether a provider is the right fit for you
Where possible, we also help you develop the knowledge and confidence to manage more of your support independently over time.
Your family, your providers, your say
With your consent, we can work alongside your family, support network, providers and other professionals to help your supports work together more effectively.
We only share information that is relevant and authorised by you.
If a situation falls outside the role of Support Coordination, we will explain the boundary clearly and help identify the most appropriate person or service to contact.
The detail, in plain English
Which part of my plan pays for this?
Support Coordination is funded from the Capacity Building budget - it appears in NDIS plans as "Support Coordination" (you may also see the formal term "Coordination of Supports"). If it's in your plan, it's included on top of your other supports - using it doesn't take anything away from other budgets.
What does it cost me?
If these supports are in your plan, they're paid from your plan - you don't pay out of pocket. How NDIS pricing works.
Can I change my mind later?
Yes. You can change support coordinators at any time - and your other supports carry on unchanged. You stay in control of who does what.
Can you help me prepare for a plan reassessment?
Yes - preparing for plan reviews is part of support coordination. Only you, your nominee or your child representative can ask the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) for a reassessment, but we can help you understand what has changed and get ready. How reassessments work.
Do I have to use Beyond's other services?
No. Support Coordination with us never ties you to our other supports. Which providers you use is always your call - and we'll help you compare options even when we're one of them.
