Coordination of Supports
A support co-ordinator works with you to ensure the right mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service and delivery tasks as well as live more independently while being included in your community.
Your support coordinator will assist you to build the skills you need to understand, implement and use your NDIS plan.
Support Work
You will be supported by our professional and caring Support Workers to assist you in the community. You will be supported to build skills and to actively participate in your community. Our Workers are available to travel in most areas of the Central Coast, such as from Kincumber, Gosford, Woy Woy, Tuggerah, Wyong to Blue Haven
