Practical support when your family needs it most.
You do not need to wait for a government package, assessment outcome or funding allocation to put practical help in place. Our self-funded support is flexible, privately arranged and designed to help older Australians and other community members remain supported, connected and independent.

Practical, respectful and relationship-based
Self-funded support helps families put practical help in place sooner, with choice, dignity and greater peace of mind.
We understand that inviting support into someone’s home is personal. That is why we take the time to understand the person, their routines, their preferences and what matters most to them.
You should not have to wait until things become overwhelming
- A parent is finding it harder to manage the house.
- An older loved one is feeling lonely or isolated.
- Shopping, appointments and errands are becoming more difficult.
- Your family is trying to manage everything alone.
- Help is needed now, but the system has not caught up - or the NDIS application is still in progress.

- Clinical care
- Nursing care
- Personal care
- Medical treatment
- Government-funded aged-care package services
Personal care - showering, dressing - is provided through our NDIS-funded supports, not self-funded arrangements. Self-funded support is quoted for your arrangement before anything begins - how our pricing works. If you are unsure whether we can provide the support your family needs, contact us. We will explain what we can offer and help you understand the most appropriate next step.
