Skills for life. Pathways into community.
Our programs are designed to do more than fill time. They help people build practical skills, grow in confidence, develop relationships and explore where their abilities could take them next.

Not simply activities designed to fill time
Each program has a clear purpose and is designed to develop confidence, everyday skills, community connection or potential employment pathways.
Programs are delivered in small, supported groups, so participants can receive the assistance they need while becoming part of a community that wants to see what is possible for them.
Three programs, three different pathways

Explore the Coffee PathwayMedia and Radio Production
Explore communication, planning, recording and production skills. Places are limited and subject to availability and suitability.
Explore Media & RadioBefore someone joins, we take the time to understand their goals
We’ll talk about their interests, support requirements and what they hope to gain from participating. We will discuss:
- What the program involves
- The skills or experiences it is designed to support
- Current groups and availability
- The location and session arrangements
- Funding or self-funded options
- Transport arrangements, where applicable
- Any personal expenses
- The level of support available within the group
- Any additional individual support that may be required
Places are subject to availability, suitability and the support needs of the participant and group. Submitting an expression of interest does not commit someone to participating - it begins a conversation about whether the program is the right fit.
Funding and joining, in plain English
Which part of an NDIS plan pays for a program?
Group programs are usually funded from the Core budget, under Social and Community Participation, and some skill-building programs can also draw on the Capacity Building category Increased Social and Community Participation. It depends on the program and the plan - we'll talk it through before anyone joins. How pricing works.
Can someone join without NDIS funding?
For some programs, yes - Cook & Connect can be accessed through a self-funded arrangement. Funding and any personal expenses are discussed for each program before anyone joins.
Does registering interest commit anyone?
No. An expression of interest begins a conversation about whether a program is the right fit - it doesn't commit anyone to participating, and places depend on availability and suitability.
