Refer with confidence. Everything on one page.
What we deliver, which NDIS categories it sits under, where we work and what happens after you refer - written for people who have twelve other providers to check today.

Stays are planned around the person. Call for dates - we come back within one business day with availability.
In development. Expressions of interest are open; registering does not commit anyone to participating.
Updated 25 September 2026. Availability changes - if you're reading this later, a quick call confirms it.
Three steps, and a real person at each one
Nothing is final until we've spoken. A referral starts a conversation - it doesn't lock anyone in.
- Send the referral
Use the three-step referral form, call 02 4313 1802, or email [email protected]. Whatever is fastest for you.
- We call you back
Within one business day - to confirm fit, availability and anything the form couldn't capture.
- We meet the person
A no-pressure conversation about what matters to them. If everyone wants to go ahead, we agree the arrangements together and introduce the support worker.
- The participant's name, suburb and a contact number - and whether they know you're referring them
- NDIS number and how the plan is managed - by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), a plan manager or the participant - if there is a plan
- The support you have in mind and roughly how much - a single line is enough to start
- Anything that matters for a first conversation - communication, safety, who else to involve
The questions referrers ask first
Is Beyond only for people of faith?
No. We're a Christian organisation and that shapes how we support people - with dignity, respect and a focus on what they can learn, build and become. Support is open to anyone who wants it, and nobody is asked about their beliefs.
Can the participant choose or change their support worker?
Yes. We match on what matters to the person - their interests and needs - and if it isn't the right fit, we talk through a change. Routines work better with people you know, so we aim for consistency wherever we can and introduce any new worker properly before they start.
Do you charge at the NDIS price limits?
Our rates follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for every support, and the arrangements - support, times, rate, budget - go to the participant in writing before support starts. Travel and short-notice cancellations are charged only where agreed. Pricing, explained.
Do you take plan-managed and self-managed participants?
Yes - as a registered provider we work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed plans. Self-funded arrangements are also available for people without a plan.
What if the person needs a break rather than ongoing support?
Respite and short stays are funded from the Core budget as short term respite (STR - named STA in older plans). Our plain-English respite guide covers the rules, and the respite page has a section written for coordinators.
Where can I send someone who wants to understand their plan?
Our plain-English guides cover applying for the NDIS, reading a plan, plan reassessments, respite and choosing an SIL provider - written for participants and families, jargon translated as you go.
Can a support coordinator ask for a plan reassessment?
Not since 27 August 2026. Only the participant, their nominee or their child representative can ask the NDIA for a reassessment, and they can't give a provider consent to ask for them. You can still help them prepare the request and the evidence - our plan reassessment guide sets out the new rules.
Ready to refer, or want to talk it through first?
The form takes a few minutes. A call takes less. Either way, you'll hear from a person - [email protected] works too.
