Established in 2020, our mission is clear: to help people with disabilities live more independently, achieving their goals with the support and resources they deserve.

Our Mission

At Beyond Disability Support, we take immense pride in seeing our participants receive the funding they need through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This funding enables us to provide tailored support that meets the unique needs of each individual. Our journey in the NDIS sector has been incredibly rewarding, as we witness firsthand the positive impact of our services on the lives of our participants.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to foster independence and community engagement. These include but not limited to:

• Community Support: We believe in the power of community and the role it plays in enriching lives. Our community support services are aimed at helping participants integrate into their communities, build meaningful relationships, and participate in various activities.

• Small Group Activities: Social interaction is a crucial aspect of personal development. Our small group activities provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can engage in hobbies, learn new skills, and enjoy the companionship of peers.

• Respite Home: Our respite home offers a comfortable and supportive environment where participants can take a break from their daily routines. This service provides temporary relief for caregivers and ensures that our participants receive the care they need from our team of dedicated support workers, nurses, and occupational therapists.

• Supported Independent Living (SIL): We provide Supported Independent Living options for individuals who are ready to live more independently. Our SIL homes are designed to meet the specific needs of our participants, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to manage their day-to-day lives. Our team of support workers, nurses, and occupational therapists work closely with each resident to provide the assistance they need while promoting their independence.

Our Values

At the heart of Beyond Disability Support lies a commitment to community and philanthropy. We believe in the people who make up our communities and the incredible potential within each individual. We operate on the philosophy that “we should treat others the way we would like to be treated“. As a testament to our values, we donate a percentage of our returns to charitable organisations such as The Salvation Army, CBM, MAF, RFDS, Barbara May Foundation, Compassion and more. By supporting these organizations, we contribute to a broader mission of helping those in need.
