Disability Support Worker
Join our dynamic team at BDS as a Disability Support Worker and play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of person-centred care services to our supported individuals, encompassing residential, vocational, and home support domains.
This hands-on position involves implementing training and support services aimed at maximising the living, employment, social and recreational skills of people with a disability.
Work closely with the team to drive sustainable success for BDS.
Your responsibilities will encompass providing care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans, including:
